Operation Cold Burn II - a one day MOUT event. Registration Fee: $50.00. Your registration fee will cover the following:

• Chance to roll up in military vehicles and fight in a MOUT environment.

Attendees must be at least 18 years of age unless sponsored by someone over 18. Any sponsored player must play on the same squad as the sponsor.

It is the responsibility of the ATTENDEE to monitor this site including the forum for any updates.

Only registered participants will be allowed on the field.

No personal camcorders allowed without prior consent while at the AO. (Just ask. We don't mind. We just want a copy.)

Florencestani separatist are following through with a threat to succeed the province of Florence from Afghani control. Talks over mineral rights in the region have broken down to the point where all Afghani government workers have been expelled from the province. Russian mercenaries have been hired and loyal Florencestani National Guard units have been mobilized to enforce this self declared sovereignty. The fledgling military of Afghanistan can do little to prevent this from happening. NATO military units are brought in to help quell the situation.

Uniform Requirements

The following is a list of teams and allowed uniforms:

• US Special Forces - Multicam
• US MARSOC - Desert Marpat
• Russian Spetsnaz - Russian Pattern (Kamysh, etc...)
• Florencestani National Guard - Woodland

* NOTE: Teams must have a minimun of 10 players. Any team with less than 6 players may be asked switch to their alternate uniform. Combat Challenge does reserve the right to restrict the size and number of units in order to maintian an acceptable level of target identification and realism.

Leader Request: All requests for positions can be made here upon your registration. By requesting to be a team leader you hereby agree to take responsibility for a minimum 10 man force. As a leader, you are responsible for the safety and conduct of those in your team. You must insure that your team complies with all requirements including chronoing, registration, and out processing. You will be responsible for maintaining DISCIPLINE, HONOR and UNITY in your team. You must also maintain communications with staff and operations.

Photo Release
From time to time we use photos of our events in promotional material. By attending, you agree to allow us the use of your likeness, name, voice, photograph, signature, logo or trademark in such material.

Indemnification
Attendee assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend Operation Agoge, event sponsors, event VIP, fellow attendees, event management and ownership, and their respective employees and agents against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the location.

While security personnel may be available generally for the purpose of safeguarding the general public at the event, the Attendee is solely responsible for the safekeeping of his/her own property while attending Combat Challenge. You also agree to hold Operation Agoge, event sponsors, event VIP, fellow attendees, event management and ownership, and their respective employees and agents harmless on any loss, damaged, or stolen goods while attending the Combat Challenge. The Attendee attends this event with the full knowledge that the event of Airsoft may cause bodily harm, serious injuries, loss of limbs and death.

The Attendee therefore assumes the responsibility to indemnify, defend and hold Operation Agoge, event sponsors, event VIP, fellow attendees, event management and ownership, and their respective employees and agents harmless from any liability, claims, court actions or causes of action for personal injury or property damage which the contestant may suffer while participating in Combat Challenge.

All Attendees are expected to and shall conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner. Any Attendee who, in the opinion of Operation Agoge, event sponsors, event VIP, event management and ownership, and their respective employees and agents, fails to conduct themselves in such a manner may be asked to leave the event at any time without any right to a refund of fees, either in whole or in part. Without limiting the generality of the above, the possession of any firearm or weapon at the event without the express, prior written permission of operation Agoge staff shall result in immediate expulsion. Illegal drugs are also prohibited, and shall also result in immediate expulsion. In order to uphold these provisions, the Attendee agrees to permit reasonable inspection of their wares by a duly authorized agent of Operation Agoge staff. The Contestant indemnifies and holds Operation Agoge, event sponsors, event VIP, event management and ownership, and their respective employees and agents harmless for any losses caused by a breach of these conditions.

There will be no refunds available. If your unable to attend we will ship your t-shirt and magazine to you at no charge. We will also record your absence and offer a discount for the next event as a thank you for your support.
