CODE OF CONDUCT

Honor Code - We do not lie, cheat, or steal, nor tolerate those who do.

Conventional Warfare – All teams will maintain proper and professional conduct both on and off the field. Any disruptions to base operations or the event may be cause for dismissal from the event. All scenarios are developed to promote teamwork, leadership, and skills. The attached staff is responsible for helping the unit leader understand these concepts and maintain focus on the mission and the men. It is imperative that teams stick together.

Psychological Warfare - All teams will be allowed to use various tactics to help achieve their mission. This style of warfare is often overlooked or discouraged due to is misuse. Psychological Warfare is the ability to redirect or mislead the enemy. Below are tactics that can be used in these scenarios:

  • Giving simulated orders to others around you when you are the only one left. This may slow the assault on your position and give your unit valuable time needed.
  • Dry firing your weapon when out of ammo. Experienced player may know you are empty but it could be a trap.
  • If the opposing unit leader is good shoot him, if he is indecisive scare him by shooting next close to him.
  • If you get cut off allow the enemy to pass over you and attack from behind.
  • Make an extremely odd sound or shriek. This can cause a “what the heck” response, giving you the seconds needed to shoot first.
  • Make a unit war cry. Please do not yell insults and cursing at your opponent.
  • Listen to enemy communications, but do not jam or talk.
  • Giving commands when the enemy is close. This can make the enemy think that the commands are for them and obey them.
  • Create inconsistency, Silence is golden, a steady noise is annoying, but an inconsistent balance is stressful.
